Samantha Markle, who lives in Miami with her partner and children, has repeatedly criticised half-sister Meghan Markle since her romance with Prince Harry was revealed in November 2016.
Describing her as “princess pushy”, she also dubbed her “narcissistic and selfish” in just some of a long string of attacks against the Duchess of Sussex.
And now her publicist Rob Cooper has confirmed Samantha will make a shock visit to the capital, making a direct plea to Meghan, 37.
He tweeted: Samantha Markle is coming to the UK. After making numerous attempts in private to arrange a one on one meeting with The Duchess of Sussex to discuss their 74 year old father’s health, Kensington Palace have refused to respond.
“I fear Meghan may not be made aware of these discreet attempts and therefore making this public is the only option we have left.
“I currently have Samantha in Europe with just one short flight away. This DOESN’T need to be public, we would prefer to keep this private. Samantha is coming to the UK this week, like it or not.”
His claims were later backed by Samantha, who is currently in Italy, who tweeted she “will be there soon”.

Samantha, 53, has not spoken with Meghan in several years and has publicly lashed out against the duchess numerous times in recent months.

Just yesterday, she tweeted people were “gravely mistaken” if they believed she wanted her sibling’s royal life, writing: “As big as my mouth is, you think I would want that life?
“I have so much fun it should be illegal. I love my life thank you very much.”
Her latest post comes just a week after she called Meghan a “duch-ass” on the social media site and hit out at Prince Harry on his birthday.
These comments suggest it is unlikely the pair will meet in the UK.

Meghan has also chosen not to respond to any communications via Kensington Palace, which would indicate she will not want to meet her estranged sibling.
The Royal Family are reportedly upset about the massive negative attention drawn by Meghan’s family in the weeks preceding her wedding to Harry.
Her father, Thomas Markle Snr, admitted to staging paparazzi photos and then trying to sell them in order to control his self-image.
He later claimed he had to undergo heart surgery preventing him from walking his daughter down the aisle at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, in May.

The former lighting director, 74, said his actions saw his daughter severing all ties with him.
He said: “I used to have a phone number and text number for her personal aides at the Palace, but after I said a few critical words about the Royal Family changing Meghan, they cut me off.
“Those numbers were disconnected, they no longer work. I have no way of contacting my daughter.”
Since then, daughter Samantha has repeatedly criticised Meghan, saying she “disowns everyone after they are spent” in a Twitter reference to their father.
When will Samantha arrive in the UK?
Samantha has not announced when she will be landing in London but the mother-of-three’s arrival to Britain is expected imminently.
Publicist Rob Cooper flew over to Italy to meet his client four days ago.
Kensington Palace declined to comment about the issue.
