Asda is selling an anti-snore pillow that shoppers continue to swear by.

It appears many people have taken to the supermarket to buy the Silentnight pillow for their partners in an attempt to get a decent night’s kip.

The special pillow has a foam core and is designed to help position the head to minimise snoring.

A little pricier than your standard bedding, the pillow will set you back £12. But with it’s apparently magical effects, can your really put a price on feeling refreshed in the morning?

Customers who have splashed the cash on the item are delighted with the results, with some even going back for more, The Liverpool Echo reports.

Giving it five stars, one said: “That good I’m going back for another.”

Another full marks reviewer said: “Hubby has stopped snoring so it is a 5 star from me.”

While one more happy partner added: “I was sceptical but desperate when I ordered this pillow. Only had it one week but its already going on holiday with me as my husband says it works. Happy days!”

“This cushion is very good for me,” yet another customer gushed.

“Soft touch and very comfy. Would recommend to people to buy it as it is worth it for the value.

“The pillow is very light therefore easy to carry around and is recommended for all age groups. I have already bought some for my family.”

Although some did say it didn’t stop snoring completely, but there was a marked difference.

One four star review said: “I was very sceptical when I bought this pillow but it seems to be working so far, it’s not 100% but there is a noticeable difference in my sleeping and less complaints from the wife.”

However, the pillow isn’t a total miracle cure and it hasn’t worked for everyone.

One commented: “I bought this for my partner and pinned all my hopes on it for a peaceful nights sleep but after 2 nights of using the pillow there has been absolutely no change in the noise coming from him! Disappointingly it hasn’t helped at all.”

While another, reviewing the product on Amazon, joked: “Brought for Mrs worked first night then started snoring again. Unless I place pillow over face can still hear snore.”

Silentnight, themselves, do conceded that in tests, eight out of 10 users reported a reduction in snoring.
