The adorable royal children could barely contain their excitement as they waved to crowds gathering outside the Queen’s residence to mark the RAF’s cenetary celebrations.

The pair were joined by their Spanish supernanny Maria Borallo as they watched the stunning display from inside.

Their appearance comes just a day after the pair celebrated their baby brother, Prince Louis’ christening on Monday.

Charlotte and George’s parents this afternoon joined their great-grandmother, the Queen and other members of the Royal Family for a day of special events to mark 100 years of the RAF.

A cheeky Charlotte was even spotted telling phtographers: “You’re not coming in”.
