The Duchess of Sussex, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, met with Gaelic footballers, budding entrepreneurs and Famine Memorial sculptor Rowan Gillespie during their two-day cultural visit on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Meghan dazzled in Emilia Wickstead and Dior figure-hugging outfits, showing no indication of a tiny baby bump.

But it was during a summer party at the British Ambassaor’s residence, Glencairn House, Dublin, that the royal silenced talk she may be pregnant.

What was the sign Meghan gave?

At the event, Meghan raised a glass of champagne for a toast – before placing the drink to her lips.

Many women avoid alcohol during their pregnancy in order to minimise damage to the foetus.

NHS guidelines state: “Drinking alcohol, especially in the first three months of pregnancy, increases the risk of miscarriage, premature birth and your baby having a low birth weight.”

However in one picture from the moment, the glass is tipped towards Meghan’s face but the champagne does not appear to touch her lips, leaving royal fans to wonder.

What are the bookies’ odds?

Ladbrokes predicts say the odds are 4/6 that Megan and Harry will reveal a pregnancy before 2018 is out.

The bookmaker also has 1/5 odds on Meghan giving birth to baby before the end of next year.

Did Meghan break royal protocol over abortion vote?

During her visit, the Duchess was caught up in a row about Ireland’s recent vote to legalise abortion after Irish Senator Catherine Noone of Fine Gael said Meghan was “pleased” with the result.

The Senator tweeted on Wednesday: “A pleasure to meet Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex at the British Ambassador’s Residence this evening.

“The Duchess and I had a chat about the recent referendum result.

“She watched with interest and was pleased to see the result.”

Royal Family members are supposed to remain neutral on political matters and are strictly forbidden from offering personal views in public.

After an outcry on social media, the Senator backtracked on the tweet before deleting the exchange entirely later on and replacing it with the first line of the message only.
