The 34-year-old first-time mother is likely to have tunred to her older sister and mother-of-three Kate, for some sisterly advice as the Middleton sisters are known to share a special bond.

Pippa and Kate shared a joint pregnancy, as it is understood the pair were both pregnant at the same time for 12 weeks before Kate went into labour with her third child, Prince Louis.

At the time Prince Louis was born, Pippa is believed to have been three months pregnant, as she watched her sister care for the new Royal Family addition.

Pippa has been seen sporting her new baby bump at several events, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding at St James Palace in Windsor earlier in May this year.

Pippa married hedge fund manager James Matthews in May 2017, and announced her pregnancy just hours before Kate went into labour with Prince Louis this year.

The English socialite was spotted wearing Seraphine, a celebrity maternity wear brand on several occasions, taking tips from the Duchess herself who dressed in the label during all her three pregnancies.

Pippa’s west London home is located just a few miles from Kate’s residence at Kensington Palace, making it easier for their children to bond and become a close-knit family.

Because of their close bond, Kate is expected to help Pippa adjust to motherhood and offer all sorts of baby tips on clothing, food and what it is like to be a first-time mum.

Pippa was seen helping Kate in 2013 during her pregnancy with Prince George, and was spotted shopping for nursery items with her mother, Carole Middleton.

Pippa has expressed her love for sport, an said that she had to adjust her strenuous exercise routine after she found out she was pregnant.

Writing in her Waitrose column, she said: “When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant I realised I needed to adjust my 4 to 5-day-a-week routine.

“I’ve been a tennis fan since childhood, as player and spectator, and have been keen to continue playing safely throughout pregnancy.

“Take Serena Williams – she famously proved that women can play a high level of tennis from two months (when she won the 2017 Australian Open) up to eight months.”

Pippa revealed that she did not disclose her pregnancy to her personal trainer until the “riskier months” were over, so she could keep playing her favourite sport.

Kate was known to take a lighter approach to exercise and took up pre-natal yoga during her pregnancy.

Kate and Pippa’s babies will be born just six months apart and the pair are expected to create a close bond between their children, emulating their tight-knit sisterly relationship.
