Meghan gave an electric speech at the launch of her cookbook in aid of Grenfell and even broke Royal protocol to write her own marriage vows.

But it seems her gift at public speaking isn’t a recent phenomenon, as recently revealed video footage has shown.

A smiley 14-year-old Meghan delivered a touching school graduation speech on social change.

She discusses various things she and her classmates learned at Immaculate Heart Middle School in Los Angles in California, US.

The future Royal describes how she and her classmates “developed a sense of personal responsibility to our Earth”.

She speaks confidently to the crowd, saying: “Good evening parents, friends, faculty and fellow classmates of Class 1995.

“Today we are here to celebrate our graduation, and to share our appreciation for our brief time at Immaculate Heart Middle School.

“Two years ago, we came here as young girls – a bit frightened and overwhelmed and filled with wonder and anticipation about our new school and what our future would bring. Today, we are proud and more confident young women on our way to high school.”

She adds: “We have so much to be thankful for.

“First, the privilege of attending Immaculate Heart Middle School. Second, our parents for the sacrifice and commitment to our excellent education.

“Third, the faculty and staff and their patience, dedication and support over these last two years. And most of all, we thank the two women with great heart who had a vision and founded our school.

“And today, we acknowledge the women of the community and other people who keep Immaculate Heart going and growing.”

Meghan says they have observed their “fragile environment” and experienced “a deep compassion” to those with AIDS.

Dress in a graduation gown and cap, she looks ahead to her and her classmates’ potential futures in “politics, finance, entertainment, education and many other fields”.

She continued: “We have grown in many ways over these last two years – physically, academically, emotionally and spiritually.

“The academics were a challenge, but we learned to meet the challenge and steadily we prepared. In science class, we observed our fragile environment, and developed a sense of personal responsibility to our Earth.

“We also learned about and experienced a deep compassion to those who suffer with the AIDS virus.

“And who can ever forget the numerous pop quizzes in English which seemed horrendous but taught us to be organised and properly prepared for class.”

At the end of the speech, she receives a rapturous round of applause.

Meghan graduated from the middle school in the summer of 1995.

She became Royal Family member in May this year after marrying Prince Harry at Windsor Castle.
