A BRAVE cop who arrested El Chapo’s son – sparking a bloody cartel firefight – has been shot 155 times in a brutal car park execution.

The 30-year-old officer – identified as Eduardo – was killed near a shopping centre in the city of Culiacan in the north-western state of Sinaloa on Wednesday morning.

Video shows a red car pulling up alongside a white car before at least two men with semiautomatic weapons begin to open fire. The men then return to the red vehicle and flee.

Crime scene investigators discovered 155 bullet casings at the scene, according to Infobae.com.

Local media report that Eduardo was a member of the operation launched by the Culiacan authorities to arrest El Chapo’s son, Ovidio Guzman, who was detained and released in Sinaloa on 17 October.
