Shoppers across the UK are still struggling to get their hands on the new PS5 console with less than two weeks to go until Christmas.
Last month, the Sony Playstation5 went on sale in the UK, but shoppers who hadn’t managed to secure the device at pre-sale were left disappointed when they couldn’t get one.
At the time, non-essential stores were closed due to lockdown, meaning most had to wait in online queues for a chance to get a PS5 – with many left frustrated by website glitches.
Online retailers such as Very, Curry’s, Argos, Game, Amazon and more have stocked the device since it launched, but each have sold out incredibly quickly.
We’ve taken a look at the latest update from each retailer, to see if and when you might be in with a chance of securing the coveted console.
Curry’s
A note on Curry’s website says the retailer is “working tirelessly to secure more stock” and customers should check back for updates.
You can register your interest via Curry’s website to receive an email when the PS5 is back in stock.
Very
Online retailer Very shared a statement to its website, which reads: “Unfortunately we have sold out of our PS5 consoles for now. We have more stock coming so keep checking back for our next drop”.
Argos
In a message on the Argos website, it has confirmed to customers that the PS5 is now out of stock – and it is not expecting more for the rest of 2020.
The statement said: “Sorry, PlayStation5 is currently unavailable. We will not have any further stock for the rest of 2020.”
Game
Game no longer has PS5 stock available, with no update on when new stock will arrive.
Amazon
A note on Amazon’s website says the retailer does not know “when or if” the PS5 will be back in stock.
