Where and how to get the vaccine
Eligible Floridians now have access to COVID-19 vaccines at state-run sites and at hundreds of retail pharmacy locations. The Florida Department of Health has put together a website that allows people to find the nearest vaccine site to them.

Who is eligible?
- Persons 18 years of age and older. Those who are 16 or 17 can get the Pfizer vaccine with a signed parental consent form
- Consent form for people 16 and 17 can be found here
- Homebound senior citizens can send an email to HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com to put in a request for a vaccine.
