The proud mother-of-two lovingly called her firstborn “Trixie-Belle” and told her 109,000 followers she is “so proud” of Beatrice.

She posted: Happy birthday my Trixie – Belle so proud of you xx @yorkiebea” to mark Beatrice’s milestone.

Sarah Ferguson’s message was alongside a set of three adorable photos, which showed Beatrice as a youngster alonside her sister, Princess Eugenie.

The Royal Family and Sarah’s ex-husband, Prince Andrew, have also posted heartwarming messages on social media to celebrate Beatrice turning 30.

This is not the first time Sarah Ferguson has publicly praised her daughters.

Last week, Fergie posted a gushing message on Instagram where she spoke of her pride at Princess Beatrice and bride-to-be Princess Eugenie using their royal fame to shine a spotlight on modern slavery around the world.

She wrote: “So proud of my girls Beatrice and Eugenie @unitednations HQ.

“Eugenie hosted a conference about ending slavery in New York @princesseugenie”.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, 28, maintain a close relationship with their parents, Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, who separated in 1992 and divorced in 1996.

The pair were married at Westminster Abbey on 23 July 1986 and welcomed their first daughter Beatrice in the world in August 1988, followed by Eugenie in March 1990.

Sarah previously told how it was important to keep her family united after she and Andrew split.

She told Hello magazine: “A table can’t stand on three legs, really. So you have the Duke and I, and the two girls. We’re a family unit and we lead by example.

“We support each other emotionally and we support each other health wise.

“At least every two weeks we sit down and communicate, the four of us.”

Beatrice is currently eighth in line to the throne and the Queen’s fifth eldest grandchild.

Her full name is Beatrice Elizabeth Mary, and both middle names honour her grandmother’s full name.

It’s going to be an exciting few months for Beatrice, who will act as maid of honour at her younger sister Princess Eugenie’s Royal Wedding to Jack Brooksbank in October.
