The 37-year-old is mother to four-year-old Mia but also gave birth to her baby daughter Lena on June 18.
She has already competed in two horse riding events and earlier this week she was spotted riding at the Wellington Horse Trials in Hook, Hampshire.
Ms Tindall was also seen visiting the Queen at Balmoral two weeks ago.
Speaking in a new video as Land Rover ambassador, Ms Tindall said: “The first time around my body was in so much shock. It was like, ‘what the hell have you done to me?’
“But I’ve recently done a couple of competitions and it feels good actually.”
The Royal won silver at the London 2012 Olympics with the GB equestrian team.
She said she still has a desire to compete at the highest level.
Adding: “To be in London, the crowd, the whole Olympic experience, I can’t tell you, it gives me goose bumps talking about it.
“It is incredible.”
Earlier this month, Ms Tindall competed at the three-day Somerford Park Horse trials with her horse, Class Affair.
It is the first time the Royal has ridden at an official event since giving birth to Lena.
But the new family enjoyed several days staying at the Balmoral in August.
The Queen’s granddaughter gave birth to Lena on June 18.
It came after she miscarried twice following the birth of Mia in 2014.
Ms Tindall revealed earlier this month that she miscarried early on.
She told The Sunday Times: “You need to go through a period where you don’t talk about it because it’s too raw.”
