Today in random couples you would never guess are dating, pop star Rita Ora and actor (and Emma Stone’s friendly ex) Andrew Garfield are a thing, The Sun is reporting. They are in the very early stages of a relationship, the outlet detailed.
“Rita let slip to pals about her brewing romance about a month ago,” a source close to Ora told the outlet. “But in recent days things have started to heat up and she says what they have is the real deal. It is still very early days but they like each other and are seeing what happens.” The source adds that despite their public personality differences (Garfield could be considered the more intense of the two), there’s a spark. “Their schedules make things difficult but they have a real connection.”
Ora told People in a new interview this week that she’s open to dating anyone. “I never know what I’m looking for,” Ora said. “I don’t actually [have a type], at all.” Her rep had no comment for People on the Garfield dating rumors.
Garfield, 35, was last photographed making out with actress Susie Abromeit on a Malibu beach back in September. While outlets at the time reported they were dating, no update on them since then has come out. Ora, 28, broke up with producer Andrew Watt in September. So sure, maybe this is happening! Award season is a little more than month away, so we’ll see how it progresses.
