Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, fashion designer Stella McCartney, pop star Harry Styles and actors Lily James and Matt Smith have also been named on the list compiled by Tatler magazine, alongside pop star Dua Lipa and actor Daniel Kaluuya.
The magazine praises the Queen as “the ultimate power dresser”, citing her fondness for “bright block colours” as well as her love of floral prints.
The Duchess of Cambridge has been lauded for re-wearing her looks on several occasions, as well as for celebrating both the high street and high-end labels.
The Duchess of Sussex also made the cut after her wedding to Prince Harry in May.
“Prince Harry’s Californian bride blew us away with her Givenchy wedding dress and has redefined modern royal style with every subsequent appearance,” the publication says.
The duchess is no stranger to the high-society magazine, having appeared on the cover in May.
Less than two months before her wedding, she was pictured baring her shoulders in a white outfit, above the headline, “What Meghan wants…”
Other members of the Royal Family on the best-dressed list include the Duchess of Cornwall – for giving “millinery a good name” – and Prince George.
The five-year-old son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge “flies the flag for Christopher Robin chic”, says Tatler, with his wardrobe of shorts, long socks and sleeveless jumpers.
Lady Amelia Windsor, once dubbed Britain’s most-beautiful royal by the magazine, also made the list.
Double Brit winner Dua Lipa is hailed for her off-duty looks as well as her on-stage choices, including her “bra tops and tracksuits” combined with her “incredible abs”.
Get Out actor Kaluuya is described as “sharp and suave”, while Clooney is commended for being “polished”, but with a “playfulness”.
The full feature appears in the September issue of Tatler, which is available today. Supermodel Cindy Crawford is the cover star.
