As she examined the delicate decoration for the first time since her big day, Meghan, 37, said: “53 countries, oh my goodness. It will keep us busy.”
The two-part ITV documentary series will provide a rare insight into the Queen’s role across the globe.
Filmed over more than a year with privileged access to the Royal Family, it will also include behind-the-scenes moments with the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and Princess Anne.
Queen of the World begins next Tuesday at 9.15pm on ITV1.

Prince and Princess Michael of Kent’s daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor is to wed her boyfriend Thomas Kingston.
Lady Gabriella, 37, known as Ella, is 50th in line to the throne.
Her father is the Queen’s cousin.
Announcing the couple’s engagement yesterday, Buckingham Palace said they were likely to be married next spring.
