Thomas Markle in an explosive interview has claimed he cannot get ahold of Meghan Markle any more as he added: “I’ve just about reached my limit with Meghan and the Royal Family.”
Mr Markle, 74, said: “They have Meghan treating her father in a way that Harry’s mother Princess Diana would have loathed. That’s not what Diana stood for.
“Princess Diana is credited with changing the Royal Family but she wasn’t perfect.
“She was still very much one of them.”
The former recluse also claimed he did not care if Prince Harry never spoke to him again.
He also told The Mail on Sunday: “I don’t care if Harry never speaks to me again, I’ll survive.”
A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman told Express.co.uk they would not comment on Mr Markle’s remarks.
Mr Markle has previously sparked controversy after he gave interview with Piers Morgan where he detailed private conversations with Harry, including his alleged views on Brexit.
Senior royals, including Prince Harry and now Meghan, are expected to remain politically impartial.
The interview is said to have upset the Queen and infuriated Buckingham Palace officials.
And it is likely his latest comments will not go down well with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex or Buckingham Palace.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams previously told Express.co.uk: “Harry and Meghan will undoubtedly be upset by this.
“They will be unwelcome but it won’t be that embarrassing.
Speaking about the Piers Morgan interview, Mr Fitzwilliams added“Thomas Markle is reclusive, his health is poor and he obviously feels under strain. It was an emotional interview.
