The American star, 36, made sure her every need was met for the two-day tour by scooping a celeb hairdresser, personal assistant, her own aide, an advisor on foreign affairs, a four-strong press team, social media press officer, programme coordinator and finally Prince Harry’s own private secretary.

Her huge team touched down in Dublin this afternoon to help the couple kick-start their glitzy tour outside of the UK, the Daily Mail Online reports, along with a who’s who of some of the Duchess’s associates.

First up is George Northwood, the hairdresser who tames Meghan’s long tresses into a neat bun.

Mr Northwood also cites Alexa Chung and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as other clients and is paid for privately by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan’s glamorous personal assistant is called Amy Pickerill and has already accompanied the Duchess on a handful of her royal engagements, including Meghan’s debut with the Queen in Cheshire last month.

Ms Pickerill has already helped the new royal with a number of tasks, including meeting her mother Doria Ragland at the airport fresh from her flight from native America for the royal wedding in Windsor on May 19.

Ed Lane Fox, Prince Harry’s private secretary since 2013, joined the power couple in Dublin.

Mr Lane Fox is a former Army officer and served in Bosnia and Iraq before leaving the military in 2008 and taking up the coveted royal role.

He played a key role in the run-up to the couple’s engagement by arranging two seats for the Invictus Games so Meghan could cosy up to her new squeeze Harry.

David Manning is the royal advisor on foreign affairs that has helped keep Meghan up-to-date with all things Ireland during the whistle stop tour.

Mr Manning was requested to attend the event by the British government.

The former British diplomat was ambassador to the US from 2003 to 2007.

He works for the royals on a part-time basis.

Former actress Meghan wore a total of three outfits throughout the day which began with a service at Westminster Abbey and ended at a evening reception in Dublin.

The Duchess of Sussex changed into a green ensemble, the second of the day, which featured a Givenchy pencil skirt and coordinating top when she was pictured stepping off the plane in Ireland.

She then stunned in a black Emilia Wickstead dress at an evening reception at the British Ambassador’s residence.
