The Duchess of Sussex enjoys going for morning pilates sessions, and even shops for groceries at the nearby Whole Foods near Kensington Palace.
When she is not on royal duty, Meghan gets on with her normal day-to-day chores outside the castle gates, and is not afraid to step into the public eye.
The Duchess became a household name across the UK when she started sating Prince Harry two years ago.
The pair married in May at St George’s chapel in Windsor, in a lavish ceremony viewed by millions across the world.
Now, Meghan cannot escape flocks of fans and the paparazzi from photographing her every move – particularly when she roams outside Kensington Palace.
However, the Duchess of Sussex has a smart tactic to avoid being the centre of attention when she’s out and about.
Meghan wears a baseball cap or woolly hat to avoid being seen, cleverly blending in with crowds.
She was previously pictured disguised in a wooly hat and black glasses, carrying her yoga mat and a water bottle.
A source previously told People Magazine: “When she does venture out to Pilates or to get her hair done, she normally goes incognito under a baseball cap.
“The only other place she has visited regularly is Whole Foods, which is little more than five minutes away from Kensington Palace.
“That way she can quickly sneak in and out without anyone noticing it’s her.”
Meghan is also known for wearing baseball caps to conceal her identity.
In August, she escaped the paparazzi after sneaking on a flight to Toronto for a short trip back home.
She kept her look simple, wearing all black and sported a baseball cap as a disguise.
Meghan and Prince Harry are preparing for their 16-day Australian tour, with plans to visit Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.
Prince Harry will be hosting the Invictus games – which he founded in 2014 – where wounded and ill veteran military personnel will compete in sporting games.
