The 1950 Rolls-Royce Phantom IV State Landaulette is so rare that only 18 were made.
The Duchess of Sussex used an identical car on when she married Prince Harry on May 18.
It will be sold as part of a “high importance” eight-piece collection of Rolls Royce being offered for sale by Bonhams auction house.
Co-chairman of Bonhams, Malcolm Barber, said he couldn’t think of a piece of the Phantom’s same calibre in over thirty years of his career.
Speaking to The Telegraph, he added: “Only very very rarely would cars like this come onto the open market.
“It’s a jewel in the collection.
“Rolls-Royce motor cars have been present at countless historic events in recent British history, and the Heritage Fleet encapsulates the most significant models produced by the marque.”
It will be sold with an estimate of £1,000,000 to £1,500,000.
A 1979 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI Limousine will be sold for £400,000-600,000 and a 1985 Rolls-Royce ‘Centenary’ Silver Spur Saloon will be offered for £80,000-100,000.
The Goodwood Revival Sale is due to take place on September 8.
It includes pieces used by several members of the Royal Family, including the late Princess Diana.
Both the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh have been spotted travelling in the luxury car multiple times since the 1950s.
The car has high seats and large windows which allowed the public to see the Queen as she drives past.
It is also has a perspex panel at the back for extra visibility and light.
Unlike a similar model once owned by Princess Margaret, it does not include a built-in bar for entertaining.
A 1960 Rolls-Royce Phantom V high roof State Limousine once used to drive the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh for state occasions is currently on display on the Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh.
