The smitten Duchess of Sussex lovingly grasped Harry’s arm while smiling for the camera, as the proud uncle and aunt posed in a series of royal family photos released by Kensington Palace today.

Meghan wore an olive green number by Ralph Lauren and matching Stephen Jones hat, while Prince Harry looked dashing and proud in a dark suit as he stood beside his wife.

The Royal Family looked prim and proper as they gathered for official photos, taken after the service on Monday afternoon by Matt Holyoak.

In a series of four family portraits, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Charles, Camila, Kate, William and their two other children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, posed with new born Prince Louis.

Louis looked adorable in a cream silk handmade lace robe – a replica of the official Royal Christening Robe which was made by Angela Kelly, the Queen’s official dressmaker.

The replica was created after the Queen deemed the original was too fragile to be worn again.

In one of the photos, the Duchess of Cambridge was pictured cradling her third born, Prince Louis, delicately in her arms as she lovingly smiled at her baby boy, who looked calm and serene.

Kate was dressed in a bespoke Alexander McQueen dress, with a floral Jane Taylor hat and matching pearl earrings.

Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton and her husband, James Matthews, grandparents Michael Middleton and Carole Middleton, along with the Duchess of Cambridge’s brother, James Middleton, were also present for a photograph.

In a heartfelt moment, Charlotte, three, gazed at her baby brother lovingly as she held his hand, while George, four, sported a cheerful grin as he sat on his father Prince William’s lap.

Meanwhile, Camila looked radiant in a delicate Fiona Clare cream dress and Locke hat, as she posed beside her husband, Prince Charles.

Prince Louis who is fifth to the throne, was born on 23 April, 2018, in London.

He was christened at The Chapel Royal in St James Palace, in a 45 minute service presided by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, who also led the baptism of Meghan Markle in March.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appointed six godparents for Louis, Kensington Palace revealed on Monday.

The confirmed godparents are Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Lady Laura Meade, Robert Carter and Lucy Middleton.

On Monday, Mr Welby said on Twitter: “I’m delighted and privileged to be christening Prince Louis today – a precious child made in God’s image, just as we all are.

“Please join me in praying for him and his family on this special day.”
