Two of Prince Louis’ godparents have entered the Chapel Royal, where Prince Louis will be baptised in a royal ceremony.

Nicholas van Custem is an old family friend of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and his daughter was even appointed as a bridesmaid for Meghan and Harry’s Royal Wedding in May.

Guy Pelly, well-known high society nightclub founder said in 2016: “I’m moving on from nightclubs. I’ve been married for two years and now I’m leaving it to the next generation.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have appointed six close family freinds – three godfathers and three godmothers for the baby prince.

Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, The Lady Laura Meade, Mrs. Robert Carter – nee Hannah Gillingham – and Lucy Middleton will also be godparents to Prince Loiuis, as chosen by Kate and William.

Ms Carter is Kate’s schoolfriend while Miss Middleton, who works as a solicitor, is the Duchess’ cousin.

Lady Laura Mead, is married to a close friend of William’s, James, who is Prince Charlotte’s godfather.

Meanwhile, Mr Aubrey-Fletcher attended the same schools as Prince William – Ludgrove School and Eton.
