Kensington Palace confirmed the details and the godparents of Prince Louis on Monday morning.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s youngest child will be baptised in the Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace in London on Monday afternoon.
The fifth-in-line to the throne will be christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby.

Prince Louis will be christened on Monday, July 9 at 4pm.
Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, will be attending the ceremony, along with Kate’s parents Michael and Carole Middleton, Pippa Matthews and her husband James Matthews and James Middleton.
Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, will also be attending.
However the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh will miss the christening, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.
The decision is understood not to have been taken on health grounds, and to have been mutually agreed by the Queen and the Cambridges some time ago.
The monarch, 92, has a busy week ahead, with high-profile celebrations in central London marking the centenary of the RAF on Tuesday, and a visit by US President Donald Trump in Windsor on Friday.
The Duke of Edinburgh, 97, has retired from public duties and has been enjoying his free time away from London.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have asked six close friends and family to be godparents to Prince Louis.
These include Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Lady Laura Meade, Robert Carter and Lucy Middleton.
