A Third R. Kelly Sex Tape Has Been Discovered, Report

Attorney Gloria Allred announced she was representing someone who supposedly had a tape of R&B singer R. Kelly sexually abusing girls.

In a news conference Sunday afternoon, Allred confirmed her client turned the tape over to law enforcement, the latest development in a mounting case against the singer, who has been dogged by allegations of abuse for decades.

Allred’s client Gary Dennis said he randomly found the tape among his VHS collection and that it contains footage of Kelly in sex acts with multiple girls who appear to be underage in the 1990s, though he didn’t offer further detail.

Dennis said Sunday he has no connection to Kelly and does not know how the tape ended up in his possession. Allred said she believed more videos could exist.

This would be the third tape of Kelly sexually abusing girls that have been passed to prosecutors in the last month after attorney Michael Avenatti previously said he turned over two videos to Chicago law enforcement.

Kelly is facing 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse in connection to three underage girls and one adult woman. He has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty after being charged last month.

The videos harken back to Kelly’s 2008 trial for 14 counts of making child pornography. According to prosecutors, Kelly filmed his sexual encounter with his 14-year-old goddaughter.

More than 10 years after he was acquitted of the charges, Kelly’s lawyer spoke out to say the singer was “guilty as hell.”

Kelly was released from jail on Saturday, where he had been held in connection to overdue child support. He was released after a payment for more than $161,000 was made on his behalf.

That trip to jail was Kelly’s second in a matter of weeks.

Last month, after he was charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse pertaining to four women, including three who were minors when the alleged abuse occurred, he was taken to the same jail. Kelly, whose attorney said at the time that the singer’s finances were in disarray, then spent a weekend in jail before a 47-year-old suburban Chicago business owner posted his $100,000 bail.

Kelly has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
