Guests received their invites to the royal couple’s October 12 wedding this week – and some have not been shy about sharing the news on Twitter.

One person wrote: “My entry card for the wedding of HRH Princess Eugenie of York arrived today. Only a few weeks to go now & I’ll be in the grounds of #WindsorCastle watching the whole @RoyalFamily arrive for the special occasion #excited.”

Eugenie, 28, and Jack, 32, announced their engagement on January 12 after seven years of dating.

The pair are regulars at swanky events and are big socialisers on the London scene with a plethora of celebrity friends.

Jack is said to have close connections to George Clooney, who attended Harry and Meghan’s wedding in May with wife Amal, so it is likely the A-list couple will attend.

Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas remains a good pal of Eugenie’s and is sure to come given she saw her former flame tie the knot with Meghan in May.

The Beckhams, Elton John and James Blunt are also sure bets along with Robbie Williams and Ayda Field.

The X-factor judges’ daughter Theodora Rose is believed to be one of the flower girls.
